Single Stem Tube Brushes
Single stem tube brushes or single spiral brush is for hand use. They have a long wire handle with a loop on the end.

Double Stem Tube Brushes
Double stem tube brushes or double spiral tube brush is for power use. They have a double stem heavier construction. With a more dense brush face, double stem tube brush is suitable for more aggressive brushing.

The size of fill material ranges from .003" up to .010". Standard fill materials of double stem tube brushes include high carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, nylon and horsehair. The stem wire is normally plated carbon steel, but 300 series stainless steel is also standard with stainless wire. Other stem wire options include brass, copper, and plastic coated wire.
Burr Clean Brushes
Burr clean brush is heavily filled single spiral twisted in wire brushes. They are suitable for deburring internal threads, non-concentric holes and keyways.

The fill materials can be carbon steel or stainless steel in sizes from .003" to .010". 120 grit abrasive nylon in .028" or .040" diameter is also available. Stem materials can be carbon steel or stainless steel. Other sizes and materials are available upon request.
Abrasive Nylon Tube Brush
An abrasive nylon tube brush is a sturdy twisted in wire brush. It has double stem, single spiral construction. It is filled with abrasive nylon filaments. The grit size is various from 80 grit to 500 grit for particular deburring application.

Extra fine 600 grit brush is also available with a single spiral, single stem construction in diameters from 0.165" to 1.015".
Condenser Tube Brush
A condenser tube brush is a self cleaning single spiral brush. It is used for removing surface deposits from condenser tubes and other internal areas. The overall length is 7". The brush part is 4 ½". Galvanized stem wire has tubular shank on one end, 1/8" exterior pipe nipple thread and 5/16" internal thread which are connected to 24" and 36" extension rods separately.
Sidetuft Brush
Sidetuft brush is suitable for removing burrs, scale, and dirt from interior surfaces, such as tapped or threaded holes. They are usually powered by a portable drill, lathe, or drill press. The brush part diameter ranges from ¼" to 1 ¼". The overall length is from 2 1/8" to 2 ¼". The fill materials include steel, stainless steel and brass in a range from .003" to .008". Sidetuft holders are available separately for higher speed operation.
Valve Guide Brush
Valve guide brush is filled with steel wire or nylon. The brush part diameter is from ¼" up to 1 ¼".
Flue Brush
Our flue brush is available in steel stainless steel, brass or nylon in various sizes from 1" up to 16" to match the flue or pipe's interior size. There are a ¼" threaded pipe nipple on one end and a loop on the other end of the flue brush. 3", 4" and 6" long flexible fiberglass extension rods are available separately. At the same time, a variety of threaded loops, reducers and connectors are also available.
